Beach project April 2014
Our new beach at the pond. It was our dream:) I try to think about how many of my friends and family have spent summer days at our pond… Many of us. We always loved it. Swimming in summer or ice-scating in winter. The pond has been a part of our past and present, generations of the past have fallen in love with it, it’s full of memories. I smile to recall all the special moments of us jumping around, laughing, dancing and screaming, horses bathing with us, grandma sitting at the water’s edge always worried for us whilst knitting new sweaters, all the friends and cousins playing with us, the hugest fish I have ever seen…Now Lili and all her cousins bring the same happy energy to the pond. Small Julian already loves it:)
As I counted the pond is about 35 years old 🙂 Got the new design today.
